Fluffy vanilla muffins with chocolate flakes


    • 350 gr. flour

    • 150 g. Sugar

    • 180 ml vegetable oil

    • 10 gr. baking powder

    • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

    • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt

    • 4 large eggs

    • 240 ml of milk

    • 200 gr. Dessert D'or chocolate sequins

Preparation: Turn on the oven and preheat to 180 ° C. In a bowl, mix the sifted flour with the sugar, salt and baking powder. Add the oil and vanilla and mix with a wooden spoon until smooth. Start the mixer at low speed and add one egg at a time. Add the milk, gradually and in a thin thread and continue mixing for another minute. Add the chocolate pieces and mix with a spatula to homogenize them in the dough.

Grease the baking trays with a little butter and line them with flour. Divide the dough between the forms, filling them halfway. Put the muffins in the oven and bake until they grow nicely, for 25-30 minutes.

At the end you can glaze with melted chocolate cream and various Dessert D'or ornaments.
